Previously, she was a Director in the whole loan residential mortgage acquisitions area of Merrill Lynch for 18 years, heading the due diligence group.

Devesh Nirmul is a leader within the energy, sustainability and resiliency space with experience in both government and public policy organizations. He is an accredited LEED AP, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP).

Eric Alini is the CEO of the Counterpointe Energy Solutions LLC, a green energy finance company focused on Property Assessed Clean Energy and subsidiary of Counterpointe Energy Partners. Prior to founding Counterpointe, Mr. Alini was a Managing Director in the Global Structured Finance and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch.
