Ms. Alexander is a Managing Director and heads Counterpointe Energy Services provicing servicing for affiliated and unaffiliated PACE capital providers. At Merrill Lynch for 18 years, she was a Director in the whole loan residential mortgage acquisitions area heading the due diligence groupmortgage-banking executive with expertise and broad knowledge of residential lending, operations, compliance, secondary marketing, and risk management.
Eric J. Alini

Eric Alini is the CEO of the Counterpointe Energy Solutions, one of first PACE program administrators in the nation and instrumental in the foundations of the PACE industry. Prior to founding Counterpointe, Mr. Alini was a Managing Director in the Global Structured Finance and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch.
